Their warm light would touch me back
And, as our fingertips touched, light up mine
Like a circuit in the dark sky, our stars are now aligned
Our constellations now glow as one

For now I know my stars are yours
And yours are mine to guide me home}

I had been seeing this guy and we started saying sweet things to each other about how we "lit up each one another's constellations and galaxies" and stuff like that. It all started with a conversation in which we compared our moles to stars and started playing of connecting dots with them to form "constellations" on our skins with a UV sensitive sharpie, which brought to life the ideia of "mapping out" our "constellations" to make him this drawing of us with a hidden text message* (only readable under UV light) in order to ask him to be my boyfriend.

*This is a digital simulation of the effect caused by putting the paper under UV light, making the constellations and text glow.

USED:
Black paper, metallic coloured pencils, yellow neon (UV sensitive) sharpie and white glue (on the text to prevent the paper from absorbing the sharpie's ink, killing the glowing effect)
